Shipping methods

We primarily ship via USPS Priority Mail using flat-rate packaging for reliable, trackable delivery. Your rate is automatically calculated at checkout based on the number of items in your cart. During USPS peak periods, a small carrier surcharge may apply.

Processing time

  • Orders placed Monday–Friday typically ship within 1–2 business days.
  • Orders placed after hours, on weekends, or on holidays ship the next business day.

Tracking

You’ll receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships. Please allow the carrier up to 24 hours to activate the tracking details.

Free shipping policy

Orders with a merchandise subtotal of $200 or more (after discounts, before taxes and fees) qualify for free standard shipping within the United States. Certain oversized or special-handling items may be excluded; if applicable, you’ll see any exception called out at checkout before payment.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incomplete or incorrect addresses.

Returns & replacements

Due to the nature of research materials, returns are limited. If there is an issue with your order on arrival, contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can help.

  • Contact us first via the contact page with your order number and details.
  • Unopened items in original condition may be eligible for return subject to inspection.
  • Authorized returns must be shipped back within 14 days of approval; a Return Authorization (RMA) label or number will be provided if approved.
  • Refunds (if approved) are issued to the original payment method for the product price only; shipping is non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or carrier damage.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your package arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, keep all packaging and contact us within 7 days with photos so we can assist and file any needed carrier claim.

International shipping

At this time, we primarily serve U.S. addresses. If you need a special shipment, please contact us before ordering.
